Spiral of Light Fall Retreats
Two Weekends Available

The intention of Spiral of Light is to cultivate a safe and supportive space for those who are called to heal, transform, and come home to their true self. Our prayer is for individual and collective well-being and harmony. We pray that this work may liberate us, help us to awaken and actualize our gifts, and that on this path we may grow and learn to embody love, truth, unity, and justice in service of the heart of life that unites us all

pexels-ali-camacho-adarve-5495921_edited.png

Together we create a sacred ceremonial space where we sit as a community in a circle and sing throughout the night. We follow certain rituals and traditions, using crystals, candles and sacred herbs inside the space. During this work we call for healing and consciousness, we invite in energies that can aid us, and we use sound vibration, song, prayer and silence as tools for healing. With our song, we pray, we call, we affirm and we release. We invite everyone to sing with us, allowing the vibration of these prayers to sink deep into our being. Many of these prayers and songs are collected from many spiritual paths, sung in different languages, and many are received and shared from our friends walking on the medicine path with us.

Each weekend includes two evening healing ceremonies, gentle movement practice, and three simple and healthy meals. Also included is one Zoom group preparation call and two integration group calls.

Medicine Alchemy Pod

Offered as an optional add-on to the Spiral of Light Spring Retreat.

This container offers a rich, supportive backbone that amplifies the healing generated by the healing work and energizes integration through creative self-inquiry and group connection.  This in-person group will meet two times before the ceremony weekend and four times afterward in the Denver/Boulder area.

We’ll start by setting intentions for what we want to change/let die/create in our lives.  We then make supportive daily-ish rituals and play creative games around questions like ‘who am I now?’ using self-portraiture in any artistic medium as a tool.  We’ll make each other food and spend each pod hosting or being hosted in one another’s homes.  Each podster will create a final project based on what emerges through the process.

When: 3/31, 4/14, 4/28, 5/12, 6/2, 6/9. Sundays from 5-8 PM MST

Where: Rotating locations

Contribution: $450-$650 sliding scale

If cost is prohibitive for any of these offerings, please connect with us for information about payment plans, scholarships, and other options. We wish to find ways for any person who feels deeply called to this work to access it, regardless of financial barriers. Please reach out.
