Sweet Nectar offers supportive modalities and ceremonies to create an embodied experience that deepens connection to self, spirit, community and nature. Anchored in extensive experience and training, our healing practitioners channel compassion and expertise, ensuring each individual feels fully supported on their personal journey.

We acknowledge the cultural intricacies inherent in our healing work. We remain dedicated to ongoing awareness and learning so we may deepen our respect for the indigenous cultures and sacred traditions that have been shared with us and carry them in a good way.

These healing containers are available both for one-on-one work, group gatherings or can be woven into your own retreat or special gathering.

CEREMONIAL WORK

We work with Mother Nature's elements in ritual to aid and support individual and group intentions. Offering a powerful opportunity for introspection, release, spiritual rejuvenation, and renewal.

AYAHUASCA RETREATS

Offering international Ayahuasca retreats and Masterplant Dietas for deep healing work and soul exploration. We support each individual every step of the way with preparation and integration work.

ENERGY HEALING

Rebalancing the body's subtle energies through Reiki, healing touch, offering a holistic approach to a body's energetic aspects.

SONG CIRCLES AND SOUND BATHS

Using the power of sound and song, we lead both active participatory circles, and gentler ceremonies where participants receive vibration and sound.

BODYWORK

Promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through healing touch. Offering one-on-one work in a variety of styles such as Thai massage, craniosacral and deep tissue.

YOGA & MOVEMENT MEDICINE

Tailoring movement and yoga classes to your group and individual needs. Available styles include Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa Flow.
